Frequently Asked Questions
-
Do you offer custom commissions?
Yes, but subject to my availability, which fluctuates, and on a first-come, first-served basis.
Please use the Contact page on this site to reach out if you are interested in collaborating on a custom project. We’d set up an exploratory call to identify what you’re looking for, go over the process, and get started from there.
-
Where is your studio located?
My studio is Stamford, Connecticut — near New York City — in the United States.
-
Do you ship orders internationally?
Yes! International orders are shipped via UPS and DHL.
-
What is the cost of shipping?
Shipping costs for both domestic orders within the United States and international orders are calculated at checkout and based on the shipping address provided by the buyer.
Shipping outside the United States may incur extra costs. If you’d like, feel free to Contact me to receive a shipping cost quote for an international order prior to buying the artwork of your choice.
-
How long will it take for my art to be delivered?
Prints typically take 5-7 business days for domestic shipments within the United States, and 10-14 business days for international shipments.
For original drawings, please allow 4 weeks for me to prepare your purchase for shipment, as I either have to package and mail the order myself or hand deliver it at my earliest convenience to my fulfillment partner to package and ship. I am not Amazon! Thank you in advance for your patience. Once your original piece is shipped, the same timeline noted above applies.
-
Do you charge sales tax or other taxes on purchases?
Yes. Within the United States, Connecticut retailers are required to use “destination-based” sourcing for tax collection, which means purchases made on this website are taxed at the tax rate of the state in which the buyer takes possession of the art. Applicable taxes are calculated at checkout based on the shipping address provided by the buyer.
International orders may be subject to taxes and other import duties. Customers are responsible for any applicable customs taxes.
-
What is your return policy?
All sales are final. The only exception is if your order arrived damaged (see “What if my art arrived damaged?”).
-
What if my art arrived damaged?
My team and I take every precaution to ensure your art is meticulously packed to minimize the risk of damage during transport. But if your order arrives damaged, please send within two (2) business days photograph(s) showing the damage. We will then work to remedy the situation to your satisfaction on an individual, case-by-case basis.
Please use the Contact page of this site to initiate the process.
-
May I request a specific or custom size not listed on your site for my art purchase?
Yes! Please use the Contact page on this site to inquire.
-
